Do not deal with miway, they will make you cry!!!

Please do not deal with miway insurance, there was a claim logged over a month back by miway's insurer. The incident occurred when miway insurer knocked into my stationary bakkie in a parking lot & no one was in my vehicle, as i was in the shop, miway insurer jumped into her vehicle & slammed into 2 vehicles including mine, when i contacted miway insurer she says i need to claim third party & i did, i sent through all documents, including pictures on the incident, its going onto 3 weeks now & no response from miway. Everytime i make contact with miway they tell me it is being assessed digitally for over 2 weeks! Terrible service from miway. Do not deal with them, very unprofessional.
