Dissuading and stalling tactics by miway legal department
Miway legally department namely 3rd party claims is a nightmare. I am currently 3 months in with no end in sight. No help I obtained on the scene of the accident a written admission of guilt by the miway client , I submitted an independent witness statement . All the documents required and still my wait is indefinite with no end in sight. A customer care agent fone me to placate me so I stop posting my experiences on the Facebook page , she promised to contact me again empty promises. Guys if a miway client Smashed into you and it isn't your fault best to go after them personally to recover your damages cost, otherwise u will be disappointed.

Again no time frame or real assistance forthcoming .
A brush of tactic employed to keep stalling even though the Miway client was clearly at fault .
Maybe it's time to log a complaint to the ombudsman , Miway will do and say anything to not pay and stalk till you loose interest.
Seems like I'm dealing witha ****mer rather than a business entity.

I recieved a call this morning from Miway refuting my claim .Their client despite having signed an admission at the scene an eyewitnesses who was also noted in the accident report and his admission of guilt on scene he now says not his fault.
Apparently that's all that's needed for them not to pay.
I am not kidding a record of the call is available for anybody to verify.
Now I have to get a lawyer and go to the insurance ombudsman as I feel no matter what evidence you have you won't win.
It's my solemn duty to advise every motorist that if a Miway client smashed into you go after them personally don't wait for 3rd party.
