Dissatisfied with MiWarranty
I tried submitting a car warranty claim but I was not assisted at all, instead I was referred to MSure but msure never answered their calls all day. I tried even sending an email and still no help or reply from MiWay COC or MSURE customer care. I'm so not happy with the running around that had to do just to. I don't understand why is it that I'm supposed to deal with MSURE directly while I have a policy with MIWay (MIWarranty).
