Dissatisfied should be 3 Stars

<div>Dissatisfied should be 3 Stars. My Policy was not updated for Theft and Hijacking, which the dealership had sent to MiWay in the day I took up the policy. I was not happy that I did not receive a welcome call to get explaination why the policy is not updated with tracking certificate. If I got hijacked then my vehicle would not have been covered. This makes me regret why I chose MiWay when other insurers are courteous to new clients?</div>
