Dissappointing Service

I am extremely disspointed with the terrible service from Miway insurance. I have been trying to cancel a policy that I don't want but cannoy get the assistance from anyone. After several calls theres always no supervisor available to assist with the cancellation I've left several messages for some one to call back but no one ever does. I need to cancel before it gets activated on the 1st of November but it seems my calls are being ignored on purpose. Absolutely frustrating and dissapointing.
