Dissappointed Customer
I am loyal customer of miway, both my cars, house content is insured with them. my car was send to panelbeaters today for repairs and i am paying for car hire so that i don't have to be inconviniece during such times, but right now i am being given run arounds regading car hire. called call centre this morning at 9am and consultant promised to call back, nothing up until now, send email and requested call back, still no response. I am really annoyed and dissppointed with their service or should i say non service. I need the car today because i do not have transport. Hope someone in your company will attend to this as soon as possible
