Dissapointing Miway

Been a happy Client with Miway for years but Was Really dissapointed by the way Miway handled my Single vehicle access dispute , Where as my sister avoided hitting a car to cause multiple car accident to unfortunately end up hitting the pavement and a tree for safety sake , only to be billed access considering She was avoiding hitting other cars. At this case I was expecting the senior personnel to use their own discretion and to realize how lucky my sister was to getaway from the accident , Instead of just replying with thier terms and conditions stating what I already know . I felt that the human part of this process was neglected and they treated my issue lightly. With that being said , Since the said Vehicle was written off, I am buying a new soon and it is going to take a lot out of me to prioritize Miway to cover my new car.
