Dissapointing experience with Miways referral program

I recommended two friends to MiWay, encouraged by their referral program that promised a voucher for successful referrals. My friends signed up over two months ago, meeting all the conditions for the reward. After waiting a month without receiving the promised voucher, I contacted MiWay’s customer service. I was assured I would receive the voucher shortly, but it has now been over two months, and still, nothing has arrived.

It’s disappointing to recommend a service based on a promised reward, only to be left waiting indefinitely. If MiWay values customer recommendations, they should honor their referral commitments or, at the very least, communicate transparently about delays. I’m hoping this complaint prompts MiWay to deliver on their promise and reconsider the reliability of their referral process.
