Dissapointed with the miway

I'm so dissapointed with Bongani from miway, the empty promises made when I just joined miway insurance. I have been trying to ensure I comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance, from 8 March 2023. The insurance is clear that I need to comply with tracker recommended from miway, and failure to adhere to this will result in additional excess fee of 15% in an event of an accident. This is unfair since, miway representative promised that the tracker device recommended will cost R150 per month and they will assist with the process of cancelation. After numerous followup on the issue, I got a call from tracker with different rates. I don't understand why people make promises they can't keep. It's unnecessary.
