Dissapointed in service!!

We had insurance with miway. November 2015 another party caused an accident and our car was damaged. In Dec we got a pay out to fix our car but had to pay access. Now we don't get any feed back or anything about when our access will be paid back to us. <br> <br> We also have life cover with miway. After the accident I realized miway has never sent any documentation as to what happens if we do come in an accident. I then realized we also have NO documentation as to what our life policy consist of. What happens to the money if both my husband and I pass away, there is no documentation regarding dependants etc etc. I have sent numerous mails and facebook messages. The person who admins the facebook page said a consultantt will phone me. That was a week and a half ago. This person never even asked for contact details so how will they phone??<br> <br> Sick and tired of paying every month for something we have no idea what we're getting.
