Dissapointed claimer

My ceiling has been damaged due to roof leak that was cause by hail on the 9th of May 2023.May claim was rejected by miway because I was told that the roof was not damaged by hail which is impossible due to me not having issues prior to the storm.

Assessor was sent to the house, I have requested the report which iam still waiting for till today.

I am displeased with the outcome of the claim because for one it was the storm that caused the ceiling to be damaged but they claim it wasn't and if the ceiling was not included in the insurance that why am paying for the insurance premiums. 2. I was told I have dual insurance with SA homeloan insurance and they will pay 50/50 on the claim, when I stated that iam no longer with SA home loan insurance then suddenly the claim was rejected.
