Disrespectful communication

This year I put in two claims. The first was for a cracked windscreen as a result of a stone that fell from a truck. The second was a hail claim due to a natural disaster in Roodepoort, Johannesburg. On 18th December 2017 I received a letter from Greta Goosen suggesting the following: "We urge you to take steps to improve your claims profile and where possible minimize the occurrence of future claims"

As an insurer, I need your services for peace of mind and assistance in time of damage to my property. Now this condescending letter suggests that I was reckless to drive behind a truck until it was safe to overtake, and for some reason did not do enough to stop the natural disaster.

Please advise on steps to take to avoid lodging such claims. Currently the only thing I can think of is to seize driving my vehicle, in which case I will not need your services.

Yes, my risk profile may have changed, but this change gives you no right to treat me with this level of disrespect.
