Disrespect for client

<p>My ****her is a policy member of MiWay insurance , the vehicle he had insured was ****** and recovered by police and tracking company .</p> <p> </p> <p>He lodged a claim with MiWay and then a gentleman by the name of Herman Jonker called regarding the findings of the assessor , while listening to the phone call which was on loud speaker the gentleman had no disregard of the fact that he was talking to a client , he came a cross and being rude and aggressive in some instances .I'm appauled by the handling of the claim , this is not how a customer should be treated .the gentleman also came a cross as insinuating the circumstances of the car being ****** .this for the very least is painful ..</p> <p> </p> <p>After this incident I'm disappointed at the manner in which th is claim is being handled , and I would like this complaint to taken to the relevant structures.</p>
