Disregarded claim
I have been following up on my claim without getting any feedback from the claims department. I was advised that my claim and request will be taken up to the manager, no feedback has been given to me since 5 September 2020. I tirelessly make follow up calls and I am slowly losing my patience because I need to get my car in to be fixed.
