Disputes on my claim by MiWay insurance

Claim number:C***, scratch and dents cover that I lodged last week on the 10th of April 2024, and the damage on my vehicle’s rims took place on the 8th of April 2024 when I was driving in the pool of water or flooded road on R102 in Durban/Phoenix and it was raining 🌧️ and I hit the potholes and my 3 rims were badly scratched only one right front rim that has a minor scratch and I also went to Tiger wheel and tyre on the 9th of April 2024 to do the physical inspection and they quoted me an amount of R4800.00 to fix the rims.Unfortunately I sent wrong photos of my vehicle’s body to MiWay but I sent the right one of the rims or the damage part but they decided to decline and close the claim without even asking me to explain what happened.I have a lot of photos of my vehicle in my phone this is just a mistake of photos and the body not the rims.
