Dispute in the way claims are paid out

I currently have a dispute with MiWay over the way my claim was paid. Never in the conversation with the sales consultants I was told that my claim will be paid at the replacement value and not at the insured amount. Miway collects my premium on the insured amount but refuse to pay my claim on the insured amount. It's over a week now and I am still awaiting the dispute department to contact me. I have been insured previously over 20 years and never experience such a *******. I am totally disappointed and disgruntled with the service. This must be disclosed upfront before a client move. I have put my trust in Miway Insurance knowing that I would not experience issues when I need to claim.
