Disingenuous practices

I called MiWay 2/3 months to get by insurance premium reviewed because I had received a lower quote from another insurer. My premium was then reduced and I stayed on. Two months later the premium amount is taken back to old amount, even more actually. I then noticed an email saying this relates to the annual policy renewal. I think this is extremely disingenuous. I'm actually getting quotes now and moving to another issuer. Don't have the strength to call them about this - so over MiWay.
