Dishonesty
Their client did not stop at the stop sign thus causing an accident, and our car was written off. They claim I should have swerved (to the oncoming traffic) to avoid their irresponsible client, but now I am 40% responsible, if I drove to oncoming I would have died and maybe they were going to be happy.
