Dishonest team

<p>I am dissatisfied with Miway, i have been a loyal customer with them but every year my premiums are increased. I have never made a claim and upon taking insurance i was told that if i never claim and they increase my premiums i shouls call and they will work it out because there are people who claim and are not penalized and i agreed to their insurance. So every year its the same story i call they dont decrease my premiums but instead increase, so this year when asked why exactly they always increase my premiums and he told me it is because of the inflation and i told him what i was told upon taking this policy he said he cant do anything about it. Few weeks later i was called by another guy asking if i am still happy and i explained to him my situation he said an agent will contact me within 24Hrs and it has been weeks no one has called. Miway team is dishonest and i am taking my services somewhere else because they only care about taking my money and not keeping their word when they want you to sign with them!</p>
