Dishonest and not transparent !

<p>I have a policy with Miway where i had 2 vehicles , household and mobile devices covered by this policy . I added my brother's car on my policy in October and i was charged a prorata of R1066.00 which i payed , I them moved my debit order date from the 20th to the 26th to accommodate his payday as well , the following month 26 November i was debited R2735.42 as per our agreement , This month the 20th i was debited R539.98 and another debit for 23 November is loaded for 362.73 , i moved my debit order date to the last day of the month on their online system , so i called the call center and spoke to Nomsa a team leader am made to believe , she tells me its prorata for October on the vehicles that have always been covered by this policy , My issue is that ,No one told me of the prorata on cars already covered , No one told me i will be debited 2 months later , No one agreed with me to debit me on the days they have debited me so i can budget for this , Where's transparency to your customers ? where is honesty ? the online system doesn’t even tell you will be charged so much for changing debit debit order date being 20th and 23rd . I am very disappointed with the level of incompetence because clearly someone did not do his or her work and have to fix it at my expense . I requested to Nomsa to cancel my policy so i can freely move to another insurance house that will be honest with me and value my business and me being their client , she said someone will call me back to help me cancel the policy and i am still waiting , i don’t know if this is stalling and delaying tactics so they milk every single cent out of me before i moved or what . I value honesty I thought Miway did too when I left Budget clearly I was wrong and so disappointed .</p> <p> </p>
