Disgusting service, quick to sign you up and take your money every month, but dont try and claim because they make it next to impossible.

Disgusting service! We got our house broken into on the 10th of July. It was a traumatizing experience but Miway make it worse. When it was time for us to claim the amount of paper work and slips they wanted was insane. Finally we provided proof of all the items that was ****** now they saying they cannot proceed with the claim until we complete an inventory list of the remaining items. When my husband asked why we weren't given this list to complete when we signed up the assessor had some ****py excuse about him not having to do anything with the sales people. Everytime we follow up its something even more ridiculous that they are requesting. I am very disappointed in Miway and the services they deliver. Quick to sign you up and take your money but when you need to claim you need to jump through burning hoops and still nothing gets done.
