Disgusting service from MiWay Insurance

Won't recommend to anyone, I was involved in a single vehicle accident, daylight. Minimal damage, though they approved my claim, however they imposed an additional excess fee. Why? Reason: single vehicle accident. The car was driven by the regular driver, however additional excess still app****. The higher the excess fee, the lower the premium, they told me. They chose to increase both my excess fee and the premium all at the same time when they renewed my contract. They even revoked one if not many, of the incentives: getting a R1000. 00 discount when submitting a claim through the MiWay App without communication, was only made aware after submitting my claim. Lodged a dispute over 7 days ago, haven't heard from them since. Disgusting service
