Disgusting Service

My wife's car was ****** in my possession under false intend and midway is declining our claim simply because I said I was suspicious and they never asked me suspicious of what or who,when I asked them to listen to the call we had with their assessor they are telling us to look for legal aid or complain to ombudsman

I'm not English and I'll never be they must understand that because they wanna pin me to my miss paraphrasing, I have 2 cars insured with them and one life and funeral cover with them and they told us to take our business else where ,we have never had a claim with them in 8yrs only road side assistance once and this is what we get
