Disgusting service

Disgusting service from this company,I spent an hour on the phone insuring my home and received confirmation that it was done ,I call on a random them because I missed call from them ,i enquire about the insurance the lady advise that I have not been insured and was promised a call back the following day to get this resolved ,I send a follow up email to Lebogang who just ignored my mail ,I call back to follow up and I get taken from pillar to post and the last agent dropped the call, also have been waiting for my car stickers to be couriered ,6 months later ,still nothing !surely this company has no respect for customers ,I’m so disgusted and actually want nothing to do with you ,CANCEL THIS POLICY ,will go to an insurer who takes client’s seriously ,your service is ******* ,imagine what is it like to claim from them ,service is ******* !!
