Disgusting service

I have had the worst experience with Miway. Firstly I sent in a claim for a MiSmart policy with Miway and they asked for the pics as someone dented and scratched my car with a trolley. All was approved and they said this would be repaired. They come and fix it and halllllloooo no they don’t do small dents!!! And the back door scratches weee not done either!! Unbelievable!

Then someone sc****d the whole of my car probably about a month later and i put the whole claim on the app. When I add pics the app bombs out. Then I get told because I emailed the pics I don’t get the R1000 discount on excess as they promise. Now I get told for the dents that they did not cover with the scratch and dent I must put it in another claim and pay another excess and these small dents cannot be added into this present claim!

This is the first claim since I joined miway and I am very disappointed!

I will be finding another insurance company most definitely!!!
