Disgusting service

We experienced an accident on Saturday evening. Since the accident we have been given the run around by Miway. Your counsalant Ayanda Kubeka is unprofessional always either away from her desk or on lunch. No feedback about our claim my husband has to do the calling. Then to add more disgust she called back to say the quote is less than the excess, fine we will go fix it ourselves we thought upon getting there it's not true. Then she still thinks it's right to say I can't promise to call you back today disgusting to say the least. Customer service non existant!!!!!!! Miway you have a VERY dissatisfied customer whom will be leaving you that's for sure
