DISGUSTING AND UNPROFFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF MIWAY LEGAL DEPARTMENT
To whom it may concern:
RE: DISGUSTING AND UNPROFFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF MIWAY LEGAL DEPARTMENT
On the 14th of July 2019, a Miway insured client drove into the back of my stationery vehicle.
Subsequent to that, the Miway client's claim has since been finalised and paid out by the insurer and I , in turn have submitted every single document and adhered to every request from the insurer - but they are still dilly dallying about putting the matter to finality.
It is with this regard that I ask that you kindly accept this as an official complaint and/or registering of dissatisfaction at the manner in which my claim is being dealt with by Miway legal department, in particular one, Keneilwe Adams.
There appears to be absolutely no urgency on her part to finalise the matter and also what appears to be a deliberate attempt to drag what is already an unfortunate situation even further.
I can confirm that the initial claim (Miway client) was finalised and approved on the 5th of August 2019. I can further confirm that the assessor that she (Ms Adams) allocated the case to has also since filed his report on the 7th of August.
In this regard, kindly factor that the initial incident occurred on or about the 14th of July 2019 and therefore means that is how long I have been prejudiced by both the Miway client and now Ms Adams.
When I call to check the status, another lady from the same legal department, by the name of Julia informs me that Ms Adams has taken time off and will only be able to assist me on Monday.
I find this absolutely unacceptable and downright unprofessional that an institution as established as Miway insurance can tell an external stakeholder that the core function of a unit cannot be accessed because one staffer has gone on leave – and I wish to reiterate that this has been an extremely difficult and stressful time for me, because I have been unable to fix my car and that has resulted to a loss of income – all due to the already accepted negligence of the insured Miway client.
I truly feel like I am being subjected to further prejudice by having to entertain Miway legal staffers who are currently displaying behaviour that their priority is to leave the office early and enjoy the long weekend whilst there is a claim that is complete (in terms of meeting all the requirements with regard to documents needed from me)

Are you able to inform me when someone will actually actively do something about my claim, please?
