Disgusting and Poor service from Miway

<p>On sunday night I had an accident. The tow truck driver advised me they are taking my car to Sandton. Miway doesn't call or follow up and I have to constantly call them for feedback. No one can tell me where my car is and I refuse to pay storage fees and two truck fees for their mess up. Nothing has been sorted yet and no one has provide me feedback since Monday! I am fedup and disgusted! How can you use a two truck company (First Road) who lies to clients and then still not provide feedback. </p>
