Disgusting and pathetic service inclusive of empty promises from MiWay Insurance

I lodged a claim and have been making follow up with them about this ever since . The worst part is that on Friday, 6 March 2020 , I made two calls following up on this claim with empty promises that the Assessor will be calling me and it never happened. I regret ever taking an insurance with MiWay because it is indeed a mountain to climb when claims have to be processed. Their bill boards around Johannesburg say exactly the opposite of what they do . Today , 7 March 2020 , I made another follow up on my claims only to be advised that the Assessors are not working , but there is a comment made and captured yesterday from the Assessor committing to call me back when never happened. I am ****ed off and disappointed by this pathetic and disgusting service from them to say the least.
