I had an accident on the 9th of April 2021 and it took 15 working days for me to get my claim approved which was on the 30th of April 2021, me and my claim advisor Galo agreed that she will use MiWay panel beaters and she is sending them an appointment email which I will also get the copy, cool a weekend passed on the 8th of May 2021 I contacted MiWay and only then I got the appointment notification (that marked 20 working days with my vehicle in the storage) mind you I had a 30 day courtesy vehicle to use to expire on the 09th of May 2021. Cool I've returned the courtesy vehicle on Saturday the 8th of May 2021 avoiding up and down on Saturday.

Comes Tuesday the 11th of May 2021 no contact from my claim advisor Galo, I contacted The appointed panel beater D and J Coachworks they say to me they haven't received my vehicle yet, now the panel beater is also aware.

On the 14th of May 2021 I tried contacting my claim advisor and she has gone AWOL, when I try MiWay they'll transfer my call to claims department but no one picks up, I tried more that 15 times with no success.

Today it marks the 42nd day with my vehicle being parked at the towing yard with my claim advisor Galo being AWOL and MiWay insurance claims department not picking up my call and me With my family left destitute without vehicle from point A to point B hence I am covered with MiWay insurance.
