Our experience with Miway Insurance is tantamount to abuse. I had an accident with a car insured by my father, a car I bought for him. During the interview Terry Terreblanche, who was assigned to the claim, accused me of having ******** records. As far as I knew I had no ******** record.Terry insisted that in his experience if a crimimal record is found against your ID number, it is in fact true. We asked him to email the details of the alleged ******** records, which he did. We further asked him to furnish us with the details of the police officer and the police station from which he obtained those records, to which his response was \ you have been provided with the relevant case detail. I strongly suggest that you follow up with the investigating officer for each case".A call was logged with Miway's complaints dept"
