Disgusted with WORST service

Recently I decided to get some insurance quotes from different company's to be able to compare to what I currently paid towards MiWay. When I got Quoted R500 cheaper with a better cover than what I was being offered from Miway, my immediate thought was to move to the new Insurance Company. So I did. <br> <br> Once all the papers was signed and the deal was done, I contacted MiWay through their site asking to call me back to cancel my insurance. Having waiting about 3hours I decided to call them instead as they have not responded to my request from their website. <br> <br> After having to wait 10min for a operator, I got attitude from 2 of the 3 operators I talked to. They simply would not accept the fact that I wanted to cancel my insurance. I got better cover from my new Insurance, which I am very happy about. Yet the operators simply did not want to cancel the current Insurance. Having argued for about 10min the operator got irritated with me and decided to put me through to someone else. This is unacceptable. <br> <br> It is my life mission now to make sure that everywhere I go, I will make sure that no one will make use of Miway insurance.
