Disgusted with the empty promises & service

I am totally & completely disgusted with the empty promises that I have been receiving from MiWay. I dropped my car off at their preferred supplier on 28 Mar and tge entire process of fixing 2 doors was an absolute nightmare. The quality & service from proline was worse than terrible. As my insurer I contacted MiWay to understand if 1. The place is an accredited Haval body shop because I did not want to lose my warranty on a car thats not even 1 year old. The answer was yes. My car that was dropped off with a fully functional central locking system was repaired but the quality was terrible & my central locking system didn't work. I discovered this on the day that I was told my car is ready for collection. When I sent a complaint to MiWay I was told that the e assessor Phineas would be in contact with the panel beater & go to them to sign off the workmanship. This was indeed done. My car was signed off by Phineas (or so I thought) and I was told to go back again to collect my car. Upon collection I find that my car actually still didn't lock and the paint work was still terrible. When I finally spoke to Phineas and challenged this his response was 'the side mirrors folded & this indicates that the car is locked' when I challenged that he then said he didn't go to the panel beater he sent someone else on his behalf. I explained that I needed my car because I had to start a new job in CPT on 16 May (yes my car was there since (28Mar) and that I was not happy with the fact that my insurance felt it was OK to drive a car that didn't lock at all. Phineas then arranged with the panel beater to have my car signed off by the dealership Haval which had to be done in order for my warranty to still stand and if Haval picked up any bad quality of work then it will be corrected by a dealership in cpt. It is now almost July and the very same Phineas & Patricia from proline is not getting back to me, whenever I get hold of them I'm told that they will call back but never do. The panel beater had door beading on a back order and I am now asked for my home address so that the parts can be delivered to me so that I can clip the damaged ones off & replace it. The faults communicated after inspection at Haval is: door handle has bubble on the paint, chrome beading need to be replaced, scratches on the inside of the door & door not aligned with a small dent. The paint work is also so terrible and gets worse after every wash. Is this really the service I pay for? And who will be responsible for my warranty is it falls away because the dealer is not willing to sign off the quality of this **** work?
