Disgusted Service / Feedback

Hi, I have recently had the displeasure of dealing with Miway Insurance, their slogan \ Where we do things your way"is in no way referenced to the consumer. Nothing to my satisfaction was done. I had lodged a claim 2 weeks ago with this so called service provider and to my dismay i have not received feedback unless I made a call to find out what was happening with the claim and to top it off when i signed on with this insurance provider i asked for a car hire and it was never recorded against my profile...thank God for phone recordings. I had even asked for a manager to contact me and there was no response received for days. I am the client I should not have to contact the service provider to find out what is happening. The manager had contacted me and there was no remorse for the inconveniences that have burdened me. Does this service provider take their client seriously? All the advertising that they do is absolute nonsense. I am very displeased. ."""
