Disgusted by their service!!!

Disgusted at the terrible service and how ********* Miway is. They are STILL debitting my account after canceling months ago. I had to cancel more than once and the agent assured me it was cancelled and yet they are *****ing installments from my account!!!!!!! What else do I need to do to have you stop *****ing debits every month. Your agents need more system training they clearly are not capable of clicking the correct keys on your system.
