Disgusted by the amount of access that I have to pay..

I was involved in an accident on the 11 April 2019 on the N1 Cape Town, close go the Plattekloof turnoff. A white bakkie or 4B4 with a whit trailer at the back turned into my laine (right laine/fast laine) while I was next to him. I hooted to alert him that I was next to him by he still continued to come over to me on right laine /fast laine. Which resulted me to hit the silwer barriers on the side of the N1. He didnt stop he continued to drive on. I was left with alot of trauma, to today I cant sleep properly and Im sitting with alot of dokters bills as well as well as Physio the****** bills. To add to the injury Myway informed us that we have to pay an access of R8000, R5000 for the altual access and an additional R3000 bacause the person drove off it is being seen as a one person accident. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend anyone to join Miway. Why is it my fault that the person drove off that caused the accident
