DISGUSTED BY MIWAY!

I am utterly shocked at the horrible service I’ve been receiving from Miway & VIP Fleet Solutions to say the least. I’ve had my car being repaired at VIP Fleet Solutions for over 2 weeks (when I was told it will take 5 to 10 working days) without a courtesy car! The “expected date” for me to collect the vehicle that reflects on audatex is 02/04/2019 and as I call to notify VIP Fleet Solutions I get told that this morning they’ve noticed they still need to fix the bumper! I get told this on the day I am supposed to collect my vehicle! When I payed the excess fee upfront! It’s been a frustrating 2 weeks without a car and on top of that I have to deal with this! In this period I have not received feedback from Miway regarding the recovery of the excess fee I paid! I AM READY TO LEAVE MIWAY!!!
