Disgusted by lack of Response from Miway HR

I was an employee of Miway in 2018 and resigned in September of that same year, In 2020 I was sent an Email by Ayanda Doni (HR) to cash out my provident and my pension fund, he sent me the forms which I completed and sent back to him, it is now 2022 and I have not heard from Ayanda, he does not respond to emails, the HR department is non existent, I have tried calling on numerous occasions and HR does not pick up. This is really horrific. I have called Sanlam and they said that they cannot do anything as Miway needs to submit the forms from their side, So now I am stuck between a rock and a hard place as I cannot withdraw my money which is due to me. I need assistance asap
