Disgusted behavior from insurance and assessor

Beyond disgusted with how Miway handles claims. Falsifying reports and violating the POPIA Act and our basic right to privacy.

I met an accident and I am mentioned as a second driver. Instead of Miway processing the claim, they started investigating who the regular driver is without our consent. Their investigation entails asking random people about me, visiting my work and complex without my consent. Harassing our neighbors, throwing accusations about my place of residence. What you and your assessor have done is ********. We have such regret joining Miway and referring you to friends and family. Watch how many ppl cancel their policy once we go to the media with your ********* and unprofessional behavior. You also chose to cancel our policy without our knowledge and refund our premiums for the vehicle in question, what kind of insurance are you? Basing our claim on information that is not credible. You'll be hearing from our attorney soon.

Thank you but after your team responded, we just uncovered more lies. Like how your assessor first told me that they gained legal entry into my complex but upon questioning our maintenance manager who spoke to the assessor, he never gained entry. But your assessor had a lot of accusations, saying I live with an old lady and that all my neighbors confirmed everything. I'd like to meet all these people because as far as you got was the gate. We have written afividates to prove how much your assessor falsified information in his report and how you, as Miway, blindly accepted it without further questioning. Such ********* routes you blindly follow for claims. It's also funny how your manager at Miway first defended the assessor then later on said he has no knowledge what the assessor does, he just reads the report. Blindly following information that is not even credible. This is not even covering the harassment and embarrassment we received by your assessor visiting us at work and our neighbors homes without consent nor our presence. Well done Miway.
