DISGUSTED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Claims department Failed me!!!
Disgusted at the service i am receiving from Miway. I have been with Miway for the past 4 & half years and i am sure to regret it.
Nobody gets back to me, im transferred from one consultant to the other having to explain myself over and over again!!! No matter how many times you express the urgency, absolutely no one gives sh**t whether or not someone gets back to you as they always promise.
I am loosing out big time with these people and no longer wish to be part of the Miway Team, You guys have failed me big time. Weeks and weeks of struggling of trying to lodge A claim
