Phoned Mi-way on the 03/12/2018 to request a tow as the Hyundai Sonata was leaking water and we did not want to damage anything further as we weren't sure were the leak was. Were told by Aaron from Mi way that because it was standing at my house this was not considered a roadside issue. So Mi way what I want to know is should I have driven the vehicle out of my drive way cause further damage to the vehicle and then have phoned you guys to request a tow and then lying to you guys. Not very ethical. Secondly you guys do brag about doing things MY way but I have to admit I have had a rude awakening regarding this. Our T V got struck by lighting last week and I phoned you guys again to lodge a claim Neo was my claims handler. after reporting it to you I was told that my tv would be collected and taken away for testing fair enough I understand I did tell you that it was an old tv. The guys that came to fetch the TV told us that it will take 5 to 8 working days before we get a reply back. My husband decided to buy another TV as he was not happy waiting. We got a TV on special at Hi-Fi Corp when you guys phoned me to let me know that the tv was struck by lighting and that you are going to get three quotes I told you that we bought a tv in the mean time your attitude changed quickly. I was then asked to send you the invoice for the tv that was purchased and that you would speak to your manager the next phone call was to inform me that you guys received the quotes and you choose the cheapest one so because I bought a tv you will only pay us back something like 600 and something rand well, well I a was shocked at the way this matter was treated. I also have our business through you guys even there you guys have not had the decency to pick up a phone and phone me when I asked for the one machine to be taken of the policy and replaced by another machine and I am still waiting for you to let me know if my monthly premiums will increase.
