Disgusted

So my car was in an accident, the left fender and bonnet damaged etc, so to cut a long story short i got my car back from auto Prism and after driving it for about 3 days i decided to fill up and then also checked water etc and i noticed my engine cover is gone and i have been no other accidents before, so i emailed Sello Mpati from miway and he contacted Auto Prism and they apparent have nothing and also when the guy came to tow car he didnt check under the bonnet because it was damaged. So he completed the checklist without looking under the bonnet<br> I called renault to find out the price of a new 1 and they quoted me R1081 which im not gonna pay for
