Disgruntled third party

I am a third party to an incident which a miway client has cause, for 2 months my claim has still not been resolved, my vehicle was stationery and parked in an allocated parking bay, the miway client had reversed and collided with 3 parked vehicles including mine one of which was writen off. I have been back and forth with their agents having received less than half of my lowest quote for an incident that I have not caused. As the victim in this ordeal I feel very unsatisfied and feel treated unfairly by their response. Unfortunately I will not advise anyone to use miway if this is the treatment
