Disgruntled and dismayed

Last year October 2019 my car was knocked by some lady in mall driving her car husbands car. I logged a claim with Miway where my car is covered for compressive insurance. I was told to pay an access of R5000 even though i was not at fault or caused the accident and it would be paid back to me once the claim was finalized. 10 months later i still haven’t received my money. The insurance is supposed to claim that access from the third that caused the accident but instead ******* me into believing I would receive it back as soon as the car was fixed.
