Disgracefull access

Upon wanting to put in a claim with Miway i was told i had to pay R2000 extra on my excess because there was no other vehicle involved making it a total of R6680. in exess i have to pay. It is totally unacceptable. Once this has been handled i will definitely change my insurance. It is a disgrace how you can just con the public like that.
