DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

I have never felt so violated as a person. Does Miway do life cover insurance or motor vehicle insurance, because they have been investigating me more than the accident in question. What's the use of cheap comprehensive insurance when their service is as cheap as the premiums that they give. The assessor Wayne Araujo is such an unprofessional, ********* person. Speaks to minors when he gets to ask about a person. Does not get consent to investigate about the 3rd party (POPI act violation). Drives past the accident scene and not investigate the hit and run accident in question, did not attempt in getting CCTV footage of the N2 where the accident occurred, said it wasn't his job to do so but in his letter of consent it states he was supposed to get the information. Premiums paid on time but can not settle a claim. Speaks to guards that work rotational at my workplace.
