Discount on excess
I am in the process of a claim and was told you get R1000 discount off your excess of you log your claim through their app...
What hogwash! I did everything on the app and when it came for the pics it kicked me out and would not allow me to edit or go add the pics. I called the call Centre and they gave me an email address.
On finalizing the claim today they said I don’t get the discount??!!
