Disastrous! That's MiWay!

Literally a catastrophic experience! I was involved in a car accident and my car was subsequently written off. After complying throughout the claims process I was told my claim had been rejected on the basis of speculations that I was drunk- THERE'S ZERO PROOF!!! NO BLOOD TESTS, NO BREATHALYZER, NO CAMERA FOOTAGE! After that I was then told that because my claim was rejected I'd have to foot the bill for the courtesy car that was actually a benefit I was paying for and these terms and conditions were never mentioned upon commencement of my cover. I'm livid at the level of ***** behavior.
