Disappointing service from Miway

I am very disappointed in Miway. I had an Incident 29 March and my car is still not fixed. I was appointed a representative but I talked to 5 different people. I had to take my car to a panel beater, not in my area and convenient for me. I asked to take my car to a panel beater not on their list to get a quote and they said yes. They did not accept the quote and want to pay me the lowest amount ever to try and fix my car. Miway have not seen my car yet but they want to give me so little amount to fix my car. I am very disappointed and want to let people know how I struggle.
