Disappointing, frustrating and inconvenient
Really struggling. I have made a claim over 24 hours ago. An agent named Cullen promised to call back yesterday morning and I have heard nothing since. Impossible to get through to an agent. Have sent a “call back” request on the app, and nothing. Feel very defeated by Miway at this point, to add to the recent frustrations.
